Stride Saturdays

Morning walks are one of the simplest and most accessible forms of wellness — boosting mood, lowering stress and helping us reconnect with our bodies before the day gets loud.

Stride Saturdays brings us together mid-quarter for a collective reset: walking side by side, building community and grounding ourselves in shared intention. As we grow this series, we’ll weave in more wellness practices like stretching, light journaling and breathing exercises. Bring water, a journal and a yoga mat so you can fully settle into the experience.
